Because of limited session availability I ask that you do not schedule an appointment if you think you may need to cancel. I ask that all cancelations and rescheduling be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment. If I do not receive a 24-hour notice for a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the appointment. For example, if you have a 12:00 appointment on a Tuesday, I need to know by 12:00 on Monday the day before your scheduled appointment to avoid the full charge. Payment for cancelations must be made before your next appointment. If I am able to fill your session time slot with another guest, all fees will be waived. Thank you.
